How to check my activity

Learn how to check your Fidelis activity, including points added to your account and points used to get or redeem a reward.

Written by Christian Cucinotta

With Fidelis, you can check the activity linked to your loyalty programs and see when your points are added or used.

In your activity, you can find:

  • points added by scanning a QR code;

  • points added directly by the business;

  • points used to get or redeem a reward.

How to view your activity

From the home screen of the Fidelis app, open your loyalty card.

Tap the Activity section.

Check the list of completed transactions.

What you can find in your activity

Each activity item may show information such as:

  • the number of points added or used;

  • the type of transaction;

  • the date of the activity;

  • the business linked to the loyalty program.

Types of activity

Points added

Points can be added in two ways:

  • when you scan a valid Fidelis QR code;

  • when the business adds points directly to your account.

Points used

When you use your points to get a reward, the transaction is recorded in your activity history.

In this case, you will see a reduction in your available points, linked to the reward you received or redeemed.

I can’t see an activity item

If you can’t find an activity item you expected to see:

  • check that you are logged in with the correct account;

  • make sure you have an active internet connection;

  • close and reopen the app;

  • wait a few minutes and check again.

My points are not correct

If you think the points shown are not correct, we recommend contacting the business linked to the loyalty program directly.

The business will be able to check the transaction and verify whether the points were added or used correctly.

Still need help?

If the problem continues, contact Fidelis support and include:

  • the name of the business;

  • what does not look right in your activity;

  • the approximate date of the transaction;

  • a screenshot, if available.
