Have you received a Fidelis QR code from a business? You can use it to redeem points, rewards, or promotions connected to that store’s loyalty program.
The QR code can be used only once. After it has been redeemed, it will no longer be
valid.
How to redeem the QR code
Open the Fidelis app.
Tap the Scan tab at the bottom right.
Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.
Important
Each Fidelis QR code is valid only once.
This means that:
it cannot be used by multiple people;
it cannot be redeemed more than once by the same account;
after the first use, the code will appear as already used.
The QR code appears as already used
If you see a message saying that the QR code has already been used, it means the code was previously redeemed.
In this case:
check that you have not already redeemed it with your account;
contact the business that gave you the code.
I can’t scan the QR code
If the QR code does not open or cannot be scanned correctly:
make sure the image is clear and well lit;
try moving the camera slightly closer or farther away;
check your internet connection;
ask the business to show or send you the code again.
